MS: 3 Music Video Ideas

Song: John Frusciante – “Heaven”. From the Album “The Empyrean”

Early morning sequence in a foggy field.
Lonely person, scarred and bruised
Memories of the night before are reflected by montages in handicam mode.
Shots of a guitarist/singer in low-light playing to the track in the misty fields.
The start of the video will be around dawn in low light, where a bruised young man/boy is walking alone, perhaps with a guitar.
Band members are seen in the fog playing the track.
Song: Tame Impala – “It is not meant to be”. From the album “Innerspeaker”

Band based performance.
Shot in colour but with road wear, like a 1970’s film.
Sunny day in a park.
A walkway for a couple to hold hands.
·         Very little storyline, mostly about a couple walking in a park/field. Ideally a place like Bedgebury Pinetum
Band set in various places around the area, in shaded areas under trees… etc.
Song: Red Hot Chili Peppers – “Police Station”. From the album “I’m with you”

Set in black and white.
About a kid who has been infatuated by another girl who he once knew well. Seeing her everywhere making him show emotions at home and hide emotions around the girl.
There are many flashbacks to their past, failed relationship.
Ideal setting, in the Pantiles or Tunbridge Wells high street.
The girl is seen with various other boyfriends until the end where she goes missing. The boy in love with her runs to the place where they first saw each other to find her body left for dead.
